With your login you can use all our Services. You can create a shopping - cart over several sessions, look at the process of your order und see older orders again. Besides we need the data, to send the order as fast as possible.

Sometimes we have questions about an order. We want be fast and want to clarify them as soon as possible. Only in suh cases we allow us to call you directly. We guarantee, that you will not get any commercial calls.

Well we want to be cheap. If we offered invoice, we would have to calculate in our prices a number of bills which are never paid . This is why we only offer money order, paypal or - in Germany - cash on delivery.

moneyorder		the simple and fast option
You have to do:		Pay in advance to our bank account
The money arrieves:		One or two days within Germany and often in the EU, outside the EU it may take longer
We send orders:		Normally the day after money receivement

Paypal		the expensive way for us, for creditcard users
You have to do:		You need an account by the company Paypal in Luxembourg
The money recieves:		Just in time, if you have money on ypu paypal account, if not it may take some days.

cash on delivery		the expensive, not really better option
You have to do:		Chose Cash on delivery and pay directly to the Hermes driver, when you recieve the shippment.
This are the costs:		You pay additional 3,50€ COD - fee and get your order only by Hermes ProfiPaketService

What is important to know about using Paypal?

A lot of people do not know, that Paypal is expensive for the recipient. Each transactions costs us via Paypal (e.g. within Germany) 0,35€ plus 1,9% from the invoice amount, and it is not alloweed to turn over the fee to the Paypal paying customer as many shops do! We have no extra fee for paypal and best prices for all customers.
If paying via banc is not possible (e.g. from abroad) or you need to have your things fast feel free to use paypal. If not, we would be happy if you trúst in us an use money order.
Paypal is not possible in combination to our discount system.

Shopping at Akisa is very save. We offer encryption of your data via SSL - Protcoll.
Our phone- and faxnumber is no expensive 0180 or 0900 hotline, but a normal home-phone number. A lot of customer call us for free with their telephone flatrate. You also can contact us via email an ask for a call back.

Dear Swiss, we are sorry but the shipping costs to Switzerland are very high. But there is a litte trick. If you are in Germany sometimes or have somebody here, have the order sent to a Hermes Paketshop gerneral delivery in Germany, e.g. near the border to Switzerland. Then we can charge german shiping costs.
Also bank transfers make sometimes trouble: In most cases the blank was not filled out correctly. Attend that the valuta is Euro (EUR) and use SEPA, the new European bankingsystem. In using this, banc cost should be lower then without SEPA.

Yes there are discounts for businessmen. But normally you will have to pay in advance(minimum for your first orders), too. Paypal and Cash on delivery are not possible.

Discount-permission:	- 10% on the shop price - excluding special offers, ovens and courses

Pre-condition:	- presentation of trade certificate - no order via Paypal or Cash on delivery - if 600€ minimum sales volume total is exceeded (without ovens, courses only from Desicon) - for Artclay - products presentation of min. Level-1 Certificate
Discount-permission:	- 20% on the shop price - excluding special offers, ovens and courses

Step 3	30% discount
Pre-condition:	- presentation of trade certificate - no order via Paypal or Cash on delivery - if 1200€ minimum sales volume total is exceeded (without ovens, courses only from Desicon) - for Artclay - products presentation of min. Level-1 Certificate

For orders lower than 100€ you have to pay 3.90€* for shipping . From 100€ up shipping is free in Germany. For orders outside of Germany see our shipping page for more information.
We normaly ship by Hermes Logistik. If you want a shipping via DHL, you will have to pay the difference costs.
If you use the Paypal or COD you will get the normal shop prices and no dicount for this order.
