Akisa OHG conditions

	1.		Territory and General
	1.1.		Our general terms and conditions are applied to all orders, deliveries and other services.
	1.2.		It is only with the receipt and date of our order confirmation the sales contract concluded to be effective.
	1.3.		With the sending of the order the customer accepts explicit our general terms and conditions at the time of orders relevant version.
	1.4.		Orders without fully delivery dress and phone number will not be accepted.
	1.5.		Invited and special offers are without obligation and only for the time in stock.
	1.6.		We assume no liability for printing errors or falsities.

	2.		Privacy
	2.1.		Customers data will be processed for order management by DP.
	2.2.		This data will only be used for order management and not given to others.
	2.3.		Every customer can let delete his data by the Akisa OHG on application, unless the data is necessary for order management or bookkeeping. A function for deleting the customers account by himself its already in work.

	3.		Prices and Payment
	3.1.		All prices are in Euro including the German VAT (7% for books, 19% for all other Products in the shop), but without shipping.
	3.2.		Delivery for consumers only does take place against prepayment at our bank account or against payment by Pay pal (on request).
	3.3.		Invoice not paid within 30 days will be deleted without claim of delivery, if the invoice still will be paid. The amount invoice will be paid back, less the originated costs.
	3.4.		For deliveries are applied the sale prices and conditions be valid at the day of order.
	3.5.		Subject to alternation of prices in cause of the actual market situation.
	3.6.		Contract good will is our property, until completely payment.

	4.		Shipping costs and delivery
	4.1.		In Germany the actual scales of the mail order companies, products are send with, plus packing are applied.
	4.2.		Deliveries in EU countries and non EU countries are possible. The freight-costs are the prices of the mail-order companies plus packing.
	4.3.		More about our actual shipping cost will be found at the heading "Shipping" on our website.
	4.4.		The shipping costs inclusive packing will be told the customer at the time of order and by preliminary invoice.
	4.5.		The orders handling starts after receipt of payment. Cheque and credit card are not accepted.
	4.6.		The delivery takes place on stock by a mail-order company to the address declared by the customer. Are products not on stock, the customer will be informed and a probable date of delivery will be advised.


	5.		Packaging and Battery Ordinance
	5.1.		We are required under the provisions of the Ordinance to take back packaging of our products that bear the mark of a system of disposal (such as the "Grüner Punkt" of the Duales System Deutschland AG), and have to take for its reuse or disposal. If you have questions about the return of the packaging, please contact with such products, please contact us. We will then call a local repository (recycling center, yellow bin, recyclable bag) or a waste management company in your area, which receives packaging free. If this is not possible, you have the opportunity to send the package to us. The packs are used by us again or disposed of in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance.
	5.2. 	6.		Customers right of cancellation

	7.4.		For warranty the actually procedures by law are applied. Akisa OHG reserves the right to deliver replacement or abatement of the defects.
	7.5.		Products, which are not liable to warranties, are excluded from warranty (e.g. batteries).

	8.		Obtaining performance by fraud
	8.1.		The Akisa OHG advises customers, that a false statement of name, bank account or reliability is criminal.
